WILL YOU CUSTOMIZE MY SIGN?
We are happy to replace the text on our signs with your custom text of equal or close-to-equal length.
We are also happy to change the colors used on our signs. Please reference other colors used on signs throughout our Etsy Shop.
Please leave your instructions in a "Note to Seller" at checkout - this way your instructions will be included with your order.
CAN I GET A MOCK-UP OF MY CUSTOM SIGN?
We will provide a digital mock up of your custom sign via Etsy Convo within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please be sure to check your Etsy messages. We do not start on your custom sign without your final approval.
If we do not receive a reply after 10 days of sending your mock up we may cancel and refund your order.
Note: We do not provide mock-ups prior to purchase due to the design time invested.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We start on sign orders as soon as we receive them and in the order received. Our production time takes 3 weeks.
You can find your scheduled delivery date by signing into your Etsy account, click on You at the top right corner of the page and
go to Purchases and Reviews, find your order to view the ship date.
please Note: Custom orders can add additional time to the turnaround depending on your mock up approval.
CAN YOU EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Sorry but we do not offer expedited production or delivery services. We fill all orders in the order received.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We use USPS 3-Day Priority Mail for ALL of our sign orders.
If you do not receive USPS delivery to your shipping address please provide a PO box number.
We are NOT responsible for returned or misdirected deliveries. Additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship your order
(please note: subsequent shipping fees can be substantially higher than our initial $10 shipping charge).
PLEASE CHECK YOUR USPS SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY!
We use the carrier of our choice for all apparel orders.
CAN YOU COMBINE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING?
We do combine like items for shipping whenever possible, excess shipping fees are refunded when your order ships.
WILL YOU INCLUDE A NOTE WITH MY GIFT PURCHASE?
We are more than happy to include a note with your order. Please leave your note in "Note to Seller" at checkout.
We also do not include receipts with your order. You can print a receipt by signing into your Etsy account,
click on You at the top right corner of the page and go to Purchases and Reviews, find your order,
select View Receipt and then select Print Order under Print Options.
